#Welcome 2012! Happy New Year!

This year seems to have flown by for me faster than any one in recent memory. Where I couldn't wait for 2010 to end, I'm sorry to be saying goodbye to 2011 so soon. Over the course of this year, and this blog I've met a lot of great people, and so I'm joining with them today to wish all of you a great New Year's Eve and a wonderful, happy, healthy, safe and prosperous New Year.

In the spirit of this New Years Blogger Party, we're featuring our most popular recipes of the past year. So here they are in all their glory, with links.

The Infamous Cake In A Jar

Baked Samosas  Crab, Potato, or Spinach rang more bells for more people than anything I came up with this year.

Healthy Indian Style Fries  scored as did Turnip Hash Browns.

Once my friend Terri was diagnosed as gluten sensitive, I discovered that there was a great demand for  Almond Cardamom Gluten Free Cookies

Along with Orange Rosemary Gluten Free Vegan Cookies.

The ease of No Knead Bread was a hit...

as was the indulgence of No Churn Indian Ice Cream.

And finally two favorites to ring in the New Year.  Indian Black Eyed Peas and Mushrooms for luck. I'm serving this tonight.

And what better way to kick off the New Year with Gluten Free Coconut Flour Waffles and Vegas Eggs and Gluten Free Pumpkin Waffles.

So there they are, some of the most popular of 2011. I'm already looking forward to experimenting with more new ingredients in 2012. Thanks to everyone for their support in this last year, see you on the flip side!

#Welcome2012, the Food Blogger Virtual Party, is being hosted by Sanjeeta of Lite Bite, so be sure to check them out for round-ups and more delicious recipes to ring in 2012!
