Today I am experimenting with a sweet, (for humans) taking a stab in the dark, a leap of faith. I do this all the time with vegetables. With sweet stuff not so much. But today, bored with rice pudding, souffles, biscotti and ice cream I'm trying something new. To all of you out there who are master confectioners ...wish me luck. We who are about to bake, salute you!
