Kobe Ball Not Beef..Flatbread Pizzas with Chard, Currants, Pinenuts and Ricotta Salata

  Tonight is the Big Game. Tonight is D-Day. Tonight the Lakers make up for their 2008 loss of the title to the dreaded Celtics. At least..I hope they do. Either way we will be eating well. Flatbread pizza is on the menu courtesy of Vegetable Matter. Killer chocolate chip cookies by Terri and a guest appearance by Gracie the Lab Puppy!
 It should get weird....more to come.

    Looking forward to the flat-bread pizza recipe. I don't have pets (yet)..but if you would ask me whether I am a dog person or a cat person, I would definitely say dog-person. I want to raise tea-cup poodles some day. Cute dogs!
